There’s not much that isn’t sweet about a snowmobile’s power to weight ration. Gas it it up and it wants to rip your arms off. Perfect!

Thanks to SnowTV and Matchsports I spent a few days on out on the Bogong High Plains working at the Kangaroo Hoppet, a 46km XC ski race that is part of the World Loppet series.

Part of the job was setting up broadcasting towers and cameras around the course, which you guessed it, meant a whole lot of snowmobiling out on the high plains.

Super fun, super spectacular.
