The tire clearance is adequate for Trials, but minimal compared to mountain unicycles. The frame is the standard Nimbus design with a chrome finish. Some powder coated color options would set the unicycle off.
Nimbus Venture cranks are proving to be a good lightweight, low cost ISIS crank alternative to KH Moments.
The Nimbus 20″ Trials works great as a Mountain Unicycle for younger riders.
Compared to a KH? Without putting the unicycles on the scales the Nimbus feels heavier, but keep in mind it’s close to half the price. Most importantly the Nimbus feels great to ride – smooth and solid, nothing junky or flimsy.
Bottom Line: Recommended. The Nimbus ISIS Trials is definitely worth considering as a good multi purpose 20″ unicycle that will last.
