After shuttling folk nonstop over the weekend I was definitely keen to squeeze in a ride at Bright Monday morning before heading back to Central Victoria.

First up IĀ headed upĀ along Morses Creek to ride Tombstone, the only machine built flow trail at Bright (that I’m aware of anyway). It’s relatively short but includes some super sweet berms!

After a short traverse across the park I climbed up to Huggins Lookout to ride the old school Huggins DH trail. It’s a fun trail and unlike most of the trails in the park it descends through native bush instead of pine forest. Nice!

Lastly after a quick climb part way up Mystic Hill I headed down Corkscrew, Caros and bunch of other tracks that take you back down to the landing pad. Along the way you ride directly past the newly opened climbing trail which looks very slick and is bound to be a much funner alternative to riding up the road.

All up an awesome way to start the day!
