We’d ticked off West Ridge and Howqua, the last backcountry adventure for the Summer to tick off was Four Mile Spur.

It was genuinely epic, close to two hours hike a bike descending the rocky spur in thick cloud (so easy to lose the trial and get lost!), before reaching the sweetest fall line singletrack reward all the way down to the Howqua and onto Sheepyard Flat.

Just a tad cloudy, rocky and steep!
