We’ve had some good rain falls in the last week – probably the most Central Victoria has had in the last 12 months. Today might have been a fresh 5 degrees and raining but it was a great opportunity to get out and walk the trails in the wet and see how things were going drainage-wise.
I spent half a day working on the relatively new section of trail that connects the Canyon to the rest of the Woodbrook loop, along with a shared moto/MTB trail. With the rain falling it was easy to see where drainage needed to improved, and then see the results of your efforts pretty much immediately.
