I’ve been riding to work pretty much every day, regardless of the dark and cold Winter mornings… but sometimes on my days off when the weather turns super nasty the best thing to do is… something else!
So armed with nothing more than a rain jacket and mobile phone I headed out to the Styx Big Tree Reserve, outside of Maydena. For sure there is a collection of giant trees there, some of the tallest on the planet in fact. But as I wandered around other things, much smaller things, caught my eye.
